Payments

Access may be limited or suspended if payments are not received on time.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep the system secure, stable and accessible.
However, the service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes

Þjálfarakerfi is considered the data processor and processes personal data on behalf of the user.
What Data Is Processed
The system stores the information the user enters themselves, such as name, email address, phone number, bookings, services, documents and training plans.
Purpose of Processing
Data is processed solely to allow the user to manage their services, clients and related data in one place.
Security
Data is protected with access controls, authentication and database rules that ensure each user only has access to their own data.
File Uploads
Documents and training plans are stored securely in a closed file storage system, and access is granted through temporary links.
Files are not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the technical operation of the service.
Sub-processors
The system uses technical service providers to operate the database, authentication, hosting and file storage.
Data Deletion
The user may request deletion of their data or close their account at any time.
Data is then removed as soon as practicable, unless there is a lawful reason to retain it longer.
Confidentiality
We handle user data in full confidence and do not use it for any purpose other than operating and maintaining the service.
Changes to This Agreement
